  • Slight color variations may occur due to different screen displays or lighting conditions.

  • Fabric texture, shade, or minor manufacturing variations are considered normal for textile items.

3. Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as:

    • Product out of stock

    • Invalid information provided

    • Suspicious/duplicate orders

    • Courier restrictions

You will be notified if your order cannot be processed.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.

  • Any shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days within Pakistan.

  • A flat Rs. 199 shipping charge applies on orders below Rs. 3,999.

  • Orders Rs. 3,999 and above qualify for Free Shipping.

  • Tracking ID will be sent via email after dispatch.

6. Return, Exchange & Cancellation

  • We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for non-sale items only.

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original packaging.

  • Refunds are not provided; only exchange or store credit is offered.

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

7. Accuracy of Information

  • You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order (name, address, phone, email).

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Royals of Collection is not liable for:

    • Courier delays

    • Loss caused by misuse of the product
