1. Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide within:

Delivery time may vary depending on city, weather, and seasonal load.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Shipping Charge: Rs. 199

  • Free Shipping: On orders Rs. 3,999 and above

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer safe and reliable Cash on Delivery nationwide.

Please ensure you have the payable amount ready at the time of delivery.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email.
You can use this tracking ID to check parcel status on the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery two times.
If the parcel cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us.

7. Address Accuracy

Please provide complete and correct shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging/product

We will assist you with resolution immediately.
